1. Acceptance of Terms
Welcome to Jai Club — India's Official Colour Prediction Platform 2026, operated at jaiclub-me.com and jaiclub99.com. By accessing, registering, or using any part of our platform, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms").
Please read these Terms carefully before using Jai Club. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use our platform. These Terms apply to all users including visitors, registered players, and referral partners.
2. Eligibility
To use Jai Club, you must meet all of the following criteria:
- Be at least 18 years of age or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction
- Be a resident of a region where skill-based online gaming is permitted under applicable law
- Have the legal capacity to enter into binding contracts
- Not be on any self-exclusion list or previously permanently banned from Jai Club
- Have a valid Indian mobile number for account registration
Jai Club reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time and to suspend accounts that do not meet these criteria.
3. Account Registration
3.1 Account Creation
- You may only create one account per mobile number. Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited
- You must provide accurate and complete registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised access to your account
3.2 Account Security
- Jai Club will never ask for your password via Telegram, email, or any external channel
- You are solely responsible for all activity conducted through your account
- Sharing your account with others is strictly prohibited
3.3 Account Suspension
We reserve the right to suspend or permanently close accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraud, or create multiple accounts without prior notice.
4. Games & Platform Rules
Jai Club offers various skill-based and prediction games including WinGo, Aviator, K3, 5D Lottery, Colour Prediction, Slots, Live Casino, Sports Betting, and Fishing games. By participating in any game, you agree that:
- All game results are final once confirmed by the platform
- Technical errors will be investigated and resolved at Jai Club's sole discretion
- Jai Club reserves the right to modify, suspend, or remove any game at any time
- Any attempt to manipulate, exploit, or cheat in games will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds
- Collusion between players is strictly prohibited
- Use of bots, automated software, or scripts to play games is a serious violation
5. Deposits & Withdrawals
5.1 Deposits
- Minimum deposit amount: ₹100
- All deposits must be made via approved UPI payment methods
- Deposits are credited to your account upon successful payment confirmation
- Jai Club does not accept cash, cheques, or cryptocurrency
5.2 Withdrawals
- Minimum withdrawal amount: ₹100
- Withdrawals are processed via UPI within 5 minutes (subject to bank processing times)
- KYC verification may be required for withdrawals above certain thresholds
- Withdrawal requests are subject to verification to prevent money laundering and fraud
- Jai Club reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending investigation of suspicious activity
5.3 Bonus & Promotional Funds
- Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements as specified at the time of the offer
- Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in immediate account termination
- Jai Club reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion at any time
6. Referral Program
- Jai Club's referral program allows users to earn commissions by inviting friends to register and play
- Commission rates are as published on the platform and may be changed at any time
- Self-referral (referring yourself through a second account) is strictly prohibited
- Referral commissions are earned only on genuine, active users — fake or inactive referrals will be disqualified
- Jai Club reserves the right to withhold referral earnings if fraudulent activity is detected
- Referral earnings up to 30% commission are available as per current program terms
7. Prohibited Activities
The following activities are strictly prohibited on Jai Club:
- Creating multiple accounts or using another person's account
- Using bots, scripts, or automated software to play games
- Cheating, collusion, or game manipulation of any kind
- Money laundering or using the platform for illegal financial transactions
- Attempting to hack, breach, or exploit platform vulnerabilities
- Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
- Harassing or threatening Jai Club staff or other users
- Using VPNs or proxies to circumvent geographic restrictions
- Any activity that disrupts or interferes with normal platform operations
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account termination, forfeiture of all balances, and potential legal action.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on Jai Club — including but not limited to logos, graphics, game designs, software, text, and trademarks — is the exclusive property of Jai Club and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
- You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, or commercially exploit any Jai Club content without written permission
- The Jai Club name, logo, and branding may not be used in any third-party marketing without explicit authorisation
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
Jai Club is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free access to the platform
- That games will be free from bugs or technical issues at all times
- Any specific outcome or result in any game
We are not liable for any losses resulting from platform downtime, technical errors, or internet connectivity issues beyond our control.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Jai Club shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the platform.
In no event shall Jai Club's total liability to you exceed the amount you deposited in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the claim.
11. Governing Law & Disputes
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation via our Telegram support channel.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be subject to binding arbitration under applicable Indian arbitration laws. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or class action.
12. Modifications to Terms
Jai Club reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated via our Telegram community at least 7 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
13. Termination
Jai Club may terminate or suspend your access to the platform at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination:
- Your right to access the platform immediately ceases
- Any pending withdrawals will be processed after fraud review (if applicable)
- Bonus funds and referral commissions earned through fraudulent activity will be forfeited
